안녕하세요! 저는 주로 외국어 화상 미팅을 하고 있는데요, 외국어가 모국어가 아니다보니 실시간 번역 스크립트가 지원되면 훨씬 더 의사소통에 원활해질 것 같습니다. 그래서, 현재 소통 중인 언어를 기록하고, 그 기록을 번역하는 기능이 지원 예정에 있는지 궁금합니다. :) 감사합니다.

Hello!I'm mostly doing foreign language video meetings, and since it's not my native language, I think it would be much more communicative if there was support for live translation scripts. So, I was wondering if the ability to record the language you're currently communicating in, and translate the recording, is something that is planned to be supported :) Thanks.

모바일앱으로 티로를 사용하면, 모바일에서 유튜브를 통해 나오는 소리를 티로 모바일앱이 인식이 가능하던데, 노트북을 통해 웹으로 사용하면 노트북 유튜브에서 나오는 소리를 티로 웹에선 인식이 안되네요. 어떻게 하면 될까요?

When I use Tiro on the mobile app, the Tiro mobile app can recognize the sound from YouTube on my mobile, but when I use Tiro on the web through my laptop, the sound from YouTube on my laptop is not recognized by Tiro web. What can I do?

노트북 에서 나오는 소리 자체를 인식할 순 없나요?

멀티 언어를 지원한다면 아래 요청은 자동으로 해결 될 듯 합니다. 저는 영어, 혹은 한국어를 기반으로 자주 사용하는데,가끔 입력언어를 바꾸지 않아, 요약이 안되고 있는 경우를 나중에 알게 되서 허탈해 하던 경험이 있습니다.다른 기능들은 바꾸면 되지만 놓친 미팅은 되돌릴 수가 없으니…. 꼭 부탁 드립니다.

I think the following request would be solved automatically if it supports multiple languages. I often use it based on English or Korean, and I've been frustrated to find out later that I'm not summarizing because I didn't change the input language.I can change the other features, but I can't get back the missed meetings, so I'd like to know if you can help me with that. .... 여러사람이 배석하는 회의와 달리, 1on1 같은 경우에는 대화와 노트테이킹을 동시에하는게 어렵고, 노트테이킹을 할 경우 상대방과 교감 및 아이컨택하면서 대화를 하는게 쉽지 않습니다. 그러다보니 자동필기와 정리가 더 효용가치가 크게 느껴질것 같아요! (1on1을 티로로 요약해보았는데, 너무 회의나 강의 노트처럼 요약해버리더라구요)

Unlike a meeting with multiple people, it is difficult to have a conversation and take notes at the same time in a 1-on-1, and if you take notes, it is not easy to have a conversation with the other person while interacting and making eye contact. Therefore, I think automatic writing and organization will be more useful! (I tried to summarize 1-on-1 with a tiro, but it was too much like meeting or lecture notes)

It would be helpful if, instead of the default “untitled” title when creating a note, the app could automatically generate a title based on the note’s content. This would make it easier to identify and manage notes. For example, using the first line or key keywords from the note to automatically generate a title would enhance the user experience.

라이트는 300분, 스타터는 1000분 이런식으로만 되어있는데 블로그나 어디를 뒤져도 이게 총 사용시간을 이야기하는건지, 1회 노트당인지, 총 사용시간이라면 매월 300분씩 제공인건지, 이월은 되는지, 무료로 다시 전환했을때 유료 결제했던 노트를 다시 볼 수 있는지 이런 설명이 전혀 없네요. 디테일하게 정리해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

2024년 12월 10일경에 1년치 결제했는데 2025년 새해되고 얼마뒤에 구독료가 재결제되었습니다. 이걸 소비자가 스스로 인지하고 이렇게 요구하지 않도록 결제일로 부터 1년째 경과되면 결제될 수 있게 시스템 개선해야하는거 아니에요? 25년에 결제된 금액 환불 바합니다.

I paid for a year's subscription around December 10, 2024 and it was re-paid some time after the new year of 2025. Shouldn't the system be improved to allow payment to be made after one year from the date of payment so that consumers realize this and don't ask for this? I would like a refund of the amount paid in 2025.
