As the winter gets colder and the year-end approaches, we hope you’re staying warm and cozy. Meanwhile, Tiro has been evolving with exciting new updates! Here’s what we’ve been working on over the past two weeks of december.
We’re thrilled to announce the beta release of the Tiro Android app, a highly requested update! Now, you can record and manage important conversations anytime, anywhere, even without a laptop or desktop.
The mobile app allows uninterrupted recording, even when your screen is off or you're using other apps.
Once recorded, Tiro automatically organizes and summarizes your conversations into a clean and structured note.

With Tiro’s new collaborative editing feature, teamwork has never been easier. After a conversation, you can share notes with "View Only" or "Editor" permissions. No need to manually compile and send meeting notes—simply share them directly within Tiro.
When you invite teammates to a note, an automatic email notification is sent.
Invited users can access the shared note directly from their Tiro dashboard.
Those with editor permissions can collaborate and modify notes in real time.
Even if only one person records a conversation with Tiro, the entire team can access and refine the notes effortlessly.
Previously, you could only search notes by title and date, but now you can find notes using participants and hashtags as well!
For example, searching "@DesignTeam #MonthlyReview" will instantly bring up all relevant discussions. This update makes managing your notes even more seamless. We’ll continue refining search functionality so you can find your important conversations faster and more efficiently.
Now, you can modify your settings without interrupting your workflow. Whether you’re recording a conversation or searching for a note, you can adjust preferences directly on the same screen—no need to navigate away.
Easier Language Settings: Now, you can quickly switch Tiro’s interface language from the Settings > Profile section.
All-In-One Settings Hub: From calendar integrations to subscription details, everything is now in one place. Just one click to update, and changes apply instantly.

Soon, you'll be able to create and customize templates that fit your workflow. In addition to using Tiro’s default templates, you can tailor them to specific conversation types or work scenarios.
Modify and expand built-in templates to match your needs.
Save frequently used document formats as templates.
Create team- or project-specific templates for consistent and efficient documentation.
With custom templates, you can streamline repetitive meetings and discussions into neatly structured notes.
We’re developing home screen and lock screen widgets that let you start recording with just one tap—without needing to open the app.
No more scrambling to find Tiro when a meeting starts—just tap the widget and start capturing conversations instantly.
Soon, Tiro’s search functionality will expand beyond just titles, keywords, and participants. You’ll be able to search within conversation transcripts and summaries as well.
Even if you only vaguely remember discussing a topic, Tiro will help you rediscover lost ideas and key insights—making all your conversations valuable long-term assets.
We're working on a brand-new notes list interface, making it easier and faster to find your notes. Your feedback is helping us fine-tune this redesign, so stay tuned for a fresh and improved experience!
