Tiro's Note Recording Page has been completely redesigned!
We've improved the layout to make recording your important conversations easier and more convenient than ever.

  • We've removed unnecessary elements to help you focus more on conversations, creating a clean and intuitive design. The recording button can now be freely moved around the screen, allowing you to use your screen space more efficiently.

  • If ideas strike during conversation, simply tap the memo button to capture them instantly. Don't worry about missing anything - you can always ask Tiro through chat.

  • After your conversation ends, our simple sharing features let you copy recorded content to your clipboard or share it instantly with team members. Experience more efficient conversation recording with our refreshed note page!

2. Ask Tiro

Ask Tiro now solves all your mid-conversation questions! Missed something while concentrating? Curious about earlier discussion points? Just ask Tiro anytime. Tiro provides accurate answers based on your recorded conversation.

  • Ask anything that comes to mind: "What was discussed about ~ earlier?" or "Can you summarize what was just mentioned?" Tiro carefully examines your conversation history and finds all relevant content.

  • Every answer includes sources that let you jump directly to the relevant conversation paragraph. Quickly check missed content and understand conversation context more accurately through Tiro's responses.

3. Enhanced Automation Features

Your important Tiro-recorded conversations can now be used directly in your favorite collaboration tools! Connect with Slack, Notion, and Confluence to automatically share organized content after conversations end.

  • No more manual copy-pasting after conversations - Tiro delivers your content in the perfect format for each platform. Notes automatically convert to threads in Slack, new pages in Notion, and documents in Confluence. Google Drive and other tools will be available soon!

  • Integration couldn't be simpler: Select your desired platform in settings, connect it, then choose where to share when your conversation ends.

4. Now Available on iPad

Tiro has landed on iPad! 🚀

Record and manage conversations more conveniently on a larger screen with background recording support that ensures you never miss important conversations, even when your screen is locked.

Manage conversation records and notes more easily using iPad's expansive display. Our iPad-optimized layout lets you check and organize recorded conversations with unprecedented clarity.

Audio File Upload

In March, you'll enjoy audio file upload feature in Tiro! Previously recorded important conversations or lecture recordings can be converted and summarized by Tiro. You'll be able to record conversations even in spotty network conditions and upload to Tiro later. Tiro will help you record important conversations in any situation!

Smarter Ask Tiro

Ask Tiro returns in March with enhanced intelligence! It will automatically learn from your previous edits to provide even more accurate answers. Beyond your current notes, it will find relevant content from previously written notes too.

1. All-New Notes Page

Tiro’s Notes List Page has been completely redesigned to make organizing and managing your conversation records easier than ever.

  • Instant Note Previews: Click on a note in the list to preview its content without leaving the page.

  • Keyboard Navigation: Use arrow keys to browse through different notes effortlessly.

  • Labeling System: Categorize notes by adding labels directly from both the Notes List and Note Details pages. Whether it’s a business meeting, class, or seminar, labels help keep your notes organized for quick access.

2. Search by Transcripts & Summaries

Finding your notes just got even smarter.
Now, in addition to searching by title, keywords, and participants, you can also search within conversation transcripts and summaries.

Even if you only remember vague details—
💭 “We talked about something like this…”
💭 “There was a discussion about this topic…”
Tiro will help you find the exact note you need!

No more lost ideas—retrieve and rediscover important discussions effortlessly.

3. Never Miss Key Terms with the New Vocabulary Feature

Capture important terms like company names, people’s names, and product names accurately.

  • Save key terms in the Word Memory under the Settings page.

  • Tiro will intelligently recognize and apply these terms while transcribing.

Now, you can be confident that important words are captured precisely in every conversation!

4. Tiro Mobile App—Now Even More Powerful

Tiro’s mobile app now supports one-page summaries and multiple note templates on both Android and iOS. Plus, we’ve added push notifications to remind you to record important conversations. (Make sure to enable notifications in settings!)

Exciting iOS-Specific Features 🚀

  • Widgets: Start recording directly from your lock screen or home screen without opening the app.

  • Live Activities Support: When Tiro is recording, see live updates of your conversation and recording duration on the lock screen.

Extended Note Title Limit: Increased from 50 to 100 characters, allowing for more detailed and descriptive titles.

1. Tiro Android App Beta is Now Available!

We’re thrilled to announce the beta release of the Tiro Android app, a highly requested update! Now, you can record and manage important conversations anytime, anywhere, even without a laptop or desktop.

  • The mobile app allows uninterrupted recording, even when your screen is off or you're using other apps.

  • Once recorded, Tiro automatically organizes and summarizes your conversations into a clean and structured note.

2. Share and Collaborate on Notes with Your Team

With Tiro’s new collaborative editing feature, teamwork has never been easier. After a conversation, you can share notes with "View Only" or "Editor" permissions. No need to manually compile and send meeting notes—simply share them directly within Tiro.

  • When you invite teammates to a note, an automatic email notification is sent.

  • Invited users can access the shared note directly from their Tiro dashboard.

  • Those with editor permissions can collaborate and modify notes in real time.

Even if only one person records a conversation with Tiro, the entire team can access and refine the notes effortlessly.

3. Enhanced Note Search: Find Notes by Participants & Hashtags

Previously, you could only search notes by title and date, but now you can find notes using participants and hashtags as well!

For example, searching "@DesignTeam #MonthlyReview" will instantly bring up all relevant discussions. This update makes managing your notes even more seamless. We’ll continue refining search functionality so you can find your important conversations faster and more efficiently.

4. Manage Settings Without Leaving Your Current Page

Now, you can modify your settings without interrupting your workflow. Whether you’re recording a conversation or searching for a note, you can adjust preferences directly on the same screen—no need to navigate away.

  • Easier Language Settings: Now, you can quickly switch Tiro’s interface language from the Settings > Profile section.

  • All-In-One Settings Hub: From calendar integrations to subscription details, everything is now in one place. Just one click to update, and changes apply instantly.

Additionally, you can now convert your conversations into structured notes using specialized templates, including:
